Grown in the cool mountain region of Sakuma, Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, at an elevation of 400 meters, this tea develops its aroma and rich umami slowly through the wide temperature differences between day and night.
Only the young first-flush leaves are carefully hand-picked, cultivated without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
