特徴：
華やかさと上品で気高い香りが特徴の希少品種ふじかおりは佐賀県嬉野市の茶園に定植され、一切の化学合成された農薬を使用せずに栽培されている。
抽出すると香りが際立ち、旨みが広がる。
余韻に程良い渋みを感じ湯呑みには蜂蜜のような残り香が付く。
淹れた後の茶葉からは釜炒り茶特有の釜香が広がりその後、スミレの様な香りが漂う。
