香り　：プルーンに似た酸っぱい香り

秘伝ともいえる独特の製法を持つ茶。
中国からもたらされた茶のルーツを探るうえでも重要な存在である。今では高知県の山中大豊町で少数の人たちが古来の方法により、製造している。発酵されたお茶が干し固められた状態が碁石に似ている事からこの名が付いた。
